Lions Creek Farm is an alpaca farm and apiary located in Loganville, GA.  It was established in 2012 as a family farm run by three generations of women. Their purpose was not to retire, but to move forward - to educate and inspire people to experience farm-grown products for healthy living through farming.

Prior to farming, owner and operator Linda Rivers was  busy raising her daughter and pursuing her career as a flight attendant for 30 years.  But now, she brings her unique talents into the farming business to create a sustainable farm experience.

There's a growing movement toward natural, sustainable farming practices.  It was with this vision in mind that Linda created Lions Creek Farmaceuticals - the business side of Lions Creek Farm.  The company's vision and goal is to introduce people to the natural life-giving benefits of the earth through farming.

'We are what we eat' - something we've all heard.  But it would be more accurate to say, 'We are what our soil eats'.  Good food and healthy living start with healthy soil.  Linda formulated her prized Premium Alpaca Soil Amendment which adds nutritional value to the soil - naturally.  This product is registered with the Georgia Department of Agriculture.  It has been tested by the University of Georgia Soil Lab to contain NO herbicides, pesticides or phenoxyherbicide residue. Also, she creates, hand-crafts, and sells a variety of products made from the luxurious fiber of her alpacas.

She is a Certified Beekeeper and an active Board Member of the Walton County Beekeepers Association.  She manages several bee hives for pollination and enjoys educating others about beekeeping.

Linda is a mother of one daughter and grandmother of two small grandsons who enthusiastically enjoy helping on the farm.
